Taking pictures for a magazine cover is difficult enough when you want to have everything look perfect, but what about when it comes to everything else? Magazines covers have text, illustrations, custom layouts, and more on them that can easily get in the way. You don't want to take an incredible shot only to find out it can't be used because it doesn't fit within the rest of the design. Thankfully Scott Kelby from Layers Magazine has put together an incredible tutorial called, "Using Image Overlay in Lightroom to Preview Layouts While Shooting Tethered."
The tutorial shows you how to shoot tethered right into a magazine cover. This can be applied to many other cases included advertisements. Click the Image below to read how!
